Senior Researcher, Executive Assistant and Hospitality Manager
Senior Researcher, Kelly MacKenzie, joined the team in fall of 2015 bringing ample experience in the world of scientific research. Born and raised in Australia, she acquired a Bachelor of Science with Honors in 2003 with a major in Hydrogeology. Thereafter, Kelly secured employment with the South Australian Environment Protection Authority as a Scientific Officer which involved a wide array of research and data analysis including analyzing ambient air monitoring data to provide information on chemical and physical processes and identifying source-receptor relationships and causative factors associated with these pollutants.
Kelly’s 10+ years of experience in the field of scientific research has afforded her extensive researching skills and the ability to translate complex scientific data into language that the general public can understand and interpret. This experience has given her a scope of knowledge and skill that is invaluable to our endeavors here at the Summit.
